Reimagining an Icon
To mark the 100th anniversary of Montblanc’s Meisterstück, we partnered with Montblanc alongside Checkland Kindleysides to reimagine a true design icon.
The project explored how a century of craftsmanship and heritage could be translated into a contemporary brand moment, while remaining unmistakably true to the essence of the Meisterstück.
Contemporary Luxury, Thoughtfully Applied
At the heart of the project was a period of focused R&D, exploring how the Meisterstück could connect with a more contemporary audience without diluting its character. We developed a reactive, gestural interactive moment designed to feel effortless and intuitive.
Elegant in its restraint, the experience balanced luxury and interaction in a way that felt natural, frictionless, and quietly confident within a retail environment.
