Reimagining the tasting experience. Nespresso set out to create an industry-leading, luxury immersive experience for their Vienna store.

Working alongside long-term partners OUTFORM, we defined the concept, the technology, and the story, shaping an experience that felt both elevated and deeply personal.

From Observation to Participation

We developed a guided, intimate experience led by celebrated Austrian chef Hubert Wallner. Rather than observing from the sidelines, guests were invited to take part, constructing their own dessert, thoughtfully paired with Nespresso coffee.

Each moment was carefully paced, transforming tasting into a shared ritual grounded in craft and care.

A Multi-Sensory Journey

At the heart of the space was a 360-degree immersive room, enveloping visitors in cinematic environments from around the world, each connected to the story of coffee. Guests were guided by Hubert through the creation of a bespoke dessert, designed exclusively for the experience.

Using custom Nespresso pods, guests could explore the origins of each ingredient, uncovering the dedication, love, and human touch behind them.

To deepen the experience further, we introduced scent as a core layer, creating a true multi-sensory journey that fully immersed guests in the world of Nespresso.
